- Creating overall structure for managing strategy and delivering initiatives to ensure strategy success.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, provide guidance and support, to promote success
- Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor progress, track deliverables and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Create effective communications for building strong relationships, enhancing brand reputation, and achieving organizational goals
- Develop effective communication plan including target audience and key messaging.
- Select effective communication channels to reach desired audience and results.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of communications and process for measuring results.
